Read the result
The converted value appears immediately. Open Advanced options to adjust decimal precision.
Eight categories, dozens of units, exact factors.
Every conversion uses fixed, standard-defined factors — never rough estimates.
Length & area
From everyday distances to land measurement, with square meters, acres, hectares, and more.
Weight & volume
Kitchen measurements, shipping weights, and scientific mass — all covered with precise factors.

Advanced controls
Adjust decimal precision from 0–8 places, swap units in one tap, or use preset quick conversions.
Fully client-side
All math runs directly in your browser using fixed factors. No data is sent anywhere, ever.
Questions people actually ask.
The short answers — with the long ones one tap away.
How do I convert between units?+
Select a category (length, weight, temperature, etc.), enter your value, choose the from and to units, and the result appears instantly. You can also use the quick-conversion chips for common conversions.
Can I convert temperature units?+
Yes. The temperature category supports Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin. Unlike other conversions, temperature uses offset formulas rather than simple multiplication, and the tool handles that automatically.
What categories of units are supported?+
The converter supports eight categories: Length, Weight, Temperature, Volume, Area, Speed, Time, and Digital Storage. Each category contains the most commonly used units for that measurement type.
Can I change the number of decimal places?+
Yes. Open Advanced options and choose a decimal precision from 0 to 8 places. It applies to the main result immediately.
Is this unit converter free and does it work offline?+
It's completely free with no account needed. All calculations run in your browser using fixed conversion factors — no data is sent anywhere.
Why is temperature conversion different from other units?+
Temperature scales don't share a common zero point, so converting between them requires both a multiplication factor and an offset. For example, to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit: multiply by 9/5, then add 32. This tool handles those formulas automatically.
