STEP 03

04 · FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

The short answers — with the long ones one tap away.

How do I merge PDF files with this tool?+

Add two or more PDF files, arrange them into the order you want using the arrows, then tap Merge PDFs. Your combined file downloads straight to your device — nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Are my files uploaded to a server?+

No. The merge happens entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Your PDFs never leave your device, which also means it keeps working without an internet connection once the page has loaded.

Can I merge only specific pages from a file, not the whole thing?+

Yes. Open Advanced next to any file and enter a page range like 1-3,5 to pull only those pages. Leave it blank, or type all, to include every page.

Can I rotate a file before merging it?+

Yes. Advanced options includes a rotate button for each file that turns its pages 90 degrees at a time — handy for pages that were scanned sideways or upside down.

Is there a limit on file size or number of PDFs?+

There's no fixed cap enforced by the tool, but since everything runs in your browser's memory, very large files or dozens of PDFs at once will depend on your device's available memory.

Will merging affect the quality of my PDFs?+

No. Pages are copied directly from the original files, so text, images, and formatting stay exactly as they were — nothing is re-rendered or compressed.

Is this PDF merger free to use?+

Yes, it's completely free with no account, no sign-up, and no watermark added to your merged file.
